How to refer a patient

The members of our Division of Gynecology are available to answer questions from referring providers.

  • If you have a question about a patient referral, call 617-355-7648 and choose option 2 to speak to one of our clinicians.
  • Choose option 1 to refer a patient or schedule an appointment for your patient.
  • Fax patient medical records to the Division of Gynecology, including medical notes and test results. Our fax number is 617-730-0186.

International patients

For families residing outside of the U.S., please contact Boston Children's Global Services, which facilitates the medical review of patient records and appointment scheduling. They also provide assistance with customs and immigration, transportation, and hotel and housing accommodations.
