Michelle has practiced as a nurse in homecare, inpatient and ambulatory programs.

Prior to ambulatory practice, Michelle worked as a RN at BCH on the inpatient units of 9South (General Medicine) and the ICP (Intermediate Care Program).

Michelle currently leads the primary care patient care operations nursing teams as Nursing Director of Boston Children's Primary Care Centers at main campus known as CHPCC and in Jamaica Plain at Martha Eliot Health Center.
