Approach to Care
My nursing philosophy is to provide safe and compassionate care while empowering patients and their families to be active participants in their health journey. As an advocate for patient and family-centered care, I recognize that each patient and family dyad have unique needs and values. I believe in working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and tailor my practice to be culturally sensitive. I respect and acknowledge other’s diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. I am passionate about improving education, evidence-based care, and communication for patients, families, and healthcare providers.
