Dr. Isabel Abbott grew up in a small town in Missouri and majored in organic chemistry at Northwestern University. After college she moved to New Jersey and worked as a chemist and volunteered as an EMT prior to applying to medical school. After receiving her MD, she completed training in Child Neurology at Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children's Hospital.
