Elsa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Teachers College, Columbia University. While at Columbia, she was awarded the Columbia Collaborate Scholarship in recognition of her strong commitment to serving children and youth who are deaf or hard of hearing. She completed her post-graduate clinical fellowship at Seattle Children’s Hospital as part of the Cochlear Implant Team. 

Elsa is currently a member of Boston Children’s Hospital’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program and the Cochlear Implant Program, where she specializes in supporting pediatric patients who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families.
